The Alzheimer's Activity Center has formed a team, named "Remember Me" for the annual Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk.
Registration 8:30 a.m. and the walk begins 10:00 a.m. Saturday - October 15, 2011 at Arena Green Park in San Jose. If you are interested in participating in the Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk or to raise money for the fight against Alzheimer's disease please contact Dedra Jize or Harriet Kawamata at (408) 279-7515.
